The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Principal, Vice President of Operations, and other staff in the coordination of all aspects of marketing for the firm. Responsibilities include: * Assuring consistency in and accuracy of the corporate marketing program and efforts. * Ensuring that appropriate information about the firm is reaching potential markets and clients through our website, professional articles, marketing and qualifications packages. * Leading proposal efforts-standard and customized proposal writing (including SF 254, 255, 330, etc.), coordinating with staff and consultants, and presentation/interview preparation. * Producing and coordinating production of marketing materials, such as brochures, booklets, announcements, and displays. * Maintaining staff resumes for all technical staff documenting project experience. * Coordinating efforts of Marketing Teams, which are composed of all levels of staff within the firm. * Maintaining and updating marketing database. * Overseeing design and production of corporate business cards, stationary, printed materials and formal documents. * Coordinating the design and update of the firm's website. * Creating, updating, and distributing marketing reports. Requirements include: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, graphic and writing skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications, including: MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, PhotoShop, InDesign and other Adobe Suite languages, html and/or other web languages. * Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and self-schedule. * Detail and deadline oriented. * Excellent listening skills. * Sense of humor a plus. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
