[Hidden-tech] Looking for office space

I am a one-person e-learning and distance education consultant looking to
move my home office to an external space. I would like to be in either
downtown or South Amherst. Since I do not have walk-in clients, my primary
requirement is high speed access. Thanks for any suggestions you might
