[Hidden-tech] Hosting question - Splitting "a" record from "mx" record

I've actually had decent luck with GoDaddy for email-only hosting.

If you want to keep it local, I highly recommend Jagfly Hosting. They  
are very reliable, but I don't know if they would host email only.  
It's worth a call or email to find out.
