Agile Software Development with Scrum - by David Marlin, MetaComet Systems

The Western Mass .NET Users Group <http://wmassdotnet.org/cs/> is hosting
its next monthly meeting Tuesday, June 6 at 6:00 PM in Easthampton. Please
join us for an interesting session on using the Scrum methodology for
managing software development. Scrum makes an impact on software
professionals at all levels of the project and provides for improved
estimation, high productivity, iterative development and greater choice in
working style for frontline software developers. David Marlin will present
an overview of the method and give a tour of how his company has implemented
it. The MetaComet software development team will also be on hand to share
their experiences.

The Scrum method can be used with any software development platform. Please
bring an open mind, your ideas, and experience to share with the group.
Software developers, project managers, students and anyone interested in
software development on any platform are encouraged to attend.
