  Hello Everyone !!!

  My client wants to have his 4 new logos trademarked. Is it as simple as 
going to the gov/state website and fill out the application ? I don't want 
to get burned later because of something might be missing. I don't think he 
wants to use a lawyer, I personally would. If you can send an email on your 
take to the question of getting a trademark on the logos specially those who 
have gone through the process would be much appreciated.
