[Hidden-tech] Seeking office space

In my discussion with Mr. Mertz regarding the office space, an initial nod
was given to him with the understanding that other criterions needed to be
met. Upon further review, the renting of the space to Mr. Mertz was not in
all parties best interest. My interest in the Greenfield community and the
development of this Creative Cluster is of the utmost importance and it is
with that interest that we based our decision.

With All Sincerity,
Paul Hake
