Juliet, If they (or you) have access to an Apple, I would highly recommend Apple's "iweb". It's a new application offered as part of their 'iLife" package. I just started using it and it's fool proof and fun and all that stuff. I am not web-design-savy but there's some great adaptable templates that I just used to update my own website....allows you to add photos, video, audio, text, blogs, podcasts, etc... P.S um, believe it or not...I don't even own stock in Apple.
