[Hidden-tech] Env/Tech: Water As Fuel

If this is the same thing I was reading about recently, it requires a
tremendous amount of electricity to create the gas from the water.
From what I've read its perfectly legit, and was designed for welding
shops who didn't want to use gas, but there was the large increase in
the amount of electricity used. So in terms of using a clean fuel, that
is a BIG "technicality", as most of our electricity comes from burning
fossil fuels and nuclear. The car running on water was a new one to me
though. I wonder what the catch is.
