[Hidden-tech] Help for designing Online Carpool Map

I remembered reading a while ago (>6 months) about a website that did 
just that.  I can't find it anymore, so it must not have lasted.  But 
in searching for it, I came across this:

I have no idea as to it's quality, but it looks like it might be up 
your road.
