[Hidden-tech] Vonage anyone?

I use Vonage over my DSL line. It was a little better quality of my Comcast cable line but it is still good. The business line came with a free fax line also. The customer service is great. If your are using your internet for heavy uploads though, sometimes there is a slight delay while speaking to someone on the phone.

Feel free to call with questions and to listen to the quality of my line yourself.

  We currently use Verizon for local and long distance phone, conference calling, caller ID, and call forwarding. We're thinking about switching to Vonage to lower our costs. 

  Has anyone in the Valley used Vonage? What's the quality like? How's the customer service?
