[Hidden-tech] Looking for a source of cardboard easels or sign-backs

Hi All -
I've tried Googling for these, but no luck.
they stand about 14" tall, x 10~12" wide, x ~0.100" thick, & have a 1 wing 
easel on their backs.
They're made of heavy cardboard.
A sticky adhesive surface on the front would be nice, but not necessary.
Need ~ 100, for tabletop, point-of-sale displays.
Local source would be best.
Please advise.
