[Hidden-tech] Synchronizing computers

My suggestion, because this is what I do: use Outlook as a calendar and use
GMail for e-mail. If you're within an Exchange environment,  send all your
e-mail to both places but delete everything on your Outlook without looking
at it, with the exception of Calendar invitations which you can
accept/reject as usual so those items show up on your calendar. Or switch to
Google entirely and use GMail's great calendar function as well. And the new
GMail mobile allows you to access and sync all your e-mail on Blackberry
without use of an Exchange server or a Blackberry enterprise server.
