Hi Derek,

Joe Conway is a great lawyer based in the Berkshires and he's also a
Hidden Tech member. He has reviewed my own project
management/consulting contracts for the last 5 years. In addition he
filed my incorporation paperwork and has written all of the contracts
for my gallery (artist representation agreements and various business
partnerships). The individuals and organizations I've contracted with
also seem to be satisfied with the results. I believe he has also
worked with web-based start-ups on various contracts and agreements.

I should also disclose that Joe has a financial interest in my gallery
business, although he reviewed contracts for me for 4 years prior.

Following is his contact info:

email: joe at conwaylawgroup.com.
phone: 518-573-8286

Regards,

Kurt Kolok
