A local company is in need of a solution for communicating via email with a database of opt-in members. The solution needs to be able to handle a large number of addressees. Automated messages will be sent based on age of record as well as ad hoc messages based on specific criteria.

This service may be managed by the provider or by the client. We are not searching for a "Constant Contact" type of product but something customized for our needs. 

We are willing to work with a company or individual as long as the service is solid and professional.
