[Hidden-tech] Exploring doing business with Univ of Mass (and other area colleges)

This is a request to all the Hidden-Tech community to help us improve how
UMass (and other area colleges and large companies) can contract for
projects with HT professionals and companies.

There is no easy procedure in place for UMass to quickly fulfill requirements
of experience and a number of us (both at UMass and in HT companies, and some who
have moved between both worlds) have had an ongoing discussion about how
to make it easier for both UMass and HT companies to do business.

As of yet, there is nothing official in place, however we would like to know
who would be interested some arrangement like a GAO schedule, where you get
pre-qualified for projects. 

If you are interested, 
     please 
     Go to the user area on the Hidden-tech web site and 
     do two things:

1) Check the box on the company profile page labeled: 
	'Interested in Univ Contracts'

2) Make sure your skills inventory is filled out.

Please do NOT start a discussion about this on the list, part of the idea
is to use the web site to promote the function and that is part of the test.
