[Hidden-tech] Windows security (sic)

You can start by changing your browser to Opera. Do a Google search for 
it. Try the free version.

After you install it, go to "File" then "Perferences." Opera is easy to 
set-up. For one thing, you can find the cookies file, and you can set it 
to delete them, or not allow them. Yes, you can do that in Netscape and 
IE, but it ain't easy.

The nice part is pop-ups will be histroy for the most part. I see a 
couple per year.
