Tell her you would very much like to work with her when she is ready to 
proceed, but that in the meantime, you have to concentrate on your 
existing clients' needs, so you cannot give her individual messages the 
attention they deserve. Tell her that she should nonetheless continue to 
collect and organize this kind of information because it will be very 
helpful when the time comes to begin work on the project.
