[Hidden-tech] Why am I losing internet connection frequently?

I have burned through a lot of phones finding one that I like, finally I 
have a phone that I really like the plantronics CT12. But it constantly 
disconnects my computer. Thanks for the explanation doesn't sound like 
there is a solution but to stick a cat5 cable in my computer...
