[Hidden-tech] Act! 2005 Development

I'm currently customizing an Act! 2005 database and have as a spec a 
"2nd page."  My client /used/ to have a customized database on which she 
swears she had a second page of data for entry.  I can find no control 
nor mention of a technique to make this happen.  Any ideas?  Also, any 
ideas on making fields pre-filled based upon the contents of other 
fields (like salutation field behaves after entering a first name).

Any help would be appreciated.
