Hi Matt,

I have a podcast that I have been doing for a few months now. I
think that the reason people moving to this form of distribution is
because it is automated. You can subscribe to the podcast through
Itunes or some other program like Ipodder and it will download the
show when it becomes available. Like a rss feed. Then you can listen
to it or it will download it to your Ipod and you can listen when you
like.

I can help anyone that would like to do a audio or video podcast.
Also on the Apple site and a few others sites there are directories
of audio and video podcasts. At this point there are only about 60
video podcasts on the Apple site. Get to more people.
