Hi researchers, The NIST/US Dept of Commerce is looking for providers for research into the functioning of capital markets. This is a sources sought listing, and they *do* want to hear from people interested in being subcontractors as well as those who can cover the entirety of their need. Not an immediate offering but if you know someone who does this kind of research, it could be a foot in the door. To actually get a contract, a company would need to become CCR registered.
