[Hidden-tech] Verizon DSL slow?

I have the same problems in the Berkshires with Verizon DSL. Sometimes it  
couldn't be better and at other times it is slow. E-Mail is sometimes delayed in 
 delivery and downloads have been an occasional problem. The biggest failing 
is  still one of traffic slowups. Peak times sometimes even delay my getting 
on  line.
