Are you sure you need to to go asp/.net? Just because your site is built
in .net doesn't mean that you can't leverage some of the other free code
out there. There are a variety of free php driven boards out there; some
that don't even require you to use your sql server database. Let's talk
soon. Maybe over a cold holiday beverage!

Subject: [Hidden-tech] ASP .NET Discussion Board/Forum for FotoAmigo.com
Does anyone have a suggestion for online resources/sites, or possibly
existing "shareware" code, for an ASP .NET discussion board/forum? We
are planning to add a forum on FotoAmigo.com (http://www.fotoamigo.com)
with various categories: traditional vs. digital photography,
art/photography events and exhibits, digital camera reviews/user
discussion forum, and the like. Rather than build it from scratch, I'm
hoping we can find an existing solution that we can modify and
customize.
Also, I'd welcome suggestions for good ways to moderate discussion
boards without a human needing to monitor all posts 24/7.
I know it's a busy time of the year for many folks, so I'll look
forward to hearing from you next week or later, at your convenience.
Many thanks in advance and Happy Holidays!
