<p>Just FYI to everyone.</p>
<p>My attorney just called me. Apparently, over the weekend, <span>Financial
<em>Crimes</em> Enforcement Network (FinCEN) agreed with the
court, and filing is now voluntary.</span></p>
<p><span>I'm guessing, given this, that most people who have not
filed will now not file.</span></p>
