<div dir="ltr">It could be worth it to see if the client is amenable to using something like Google forms. It would create a web based form that would dump submissions into an online spreadsheet, which could be downloaded if needed. it would take 30 minutes
to set up. </div>

website is hosted in the cloud somewhere.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">I am creating a form for one of my clients, I want this form to “save as” a file to the network upon submission.
</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">I would like to take data from the name fields and maybe date to name the file, then have it save to a default area so the persons filling out the form won’t need to know how to do this.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">This is a form for potential employment and this client provides temporary employment, so they get tons of applicants.</p>
