(specifically, a Samsung Galaxy S8+, using the "Messages" app, Version 10.1.51.75) I spent way too much time last night trying two different apps, but failed. In my experience, it could take hours, dealing with folks who truly don't know the answer but pretend they do while putting you on hold forever, then having to ask for someone in the US after I can't understand the English attempts by the folks in the Philippines and/or India and wherever the heck else they have their "Customer Service" these days.
