I’ve been happy with <a href="http://www.Ting.com" style="">www.Ting.com</a>. No contract and I’ve had good experience with customer service. You can use Verizon’s cell network or Sprint’s or T-Mobile’s. If you don’t use data your bill will generally be under

<p>I've had good luck with Google Fi -- it is unlimited talk and text for a flat rate<br>
that does not include cell data - which you really don't need - since most data usage is where there is wifi.<br>
I've looked into 55+ plans and they really don't work unless your income is very low.</p>
<p>You make a comment about wifi and I figure you mean the phone as a hot spot rather than the phone on wifi.<br>
