I won’t bore you with the details of dysfunction I have experienced trying to straighten out the invoicing for the existing mobile and the non-existent land line. No doubt I am not the only person who has had this experience and it continues after 3 different people at Verizon had assured me all was well.</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>This morning I was woken up by a call from (supposedly) Verizon saying my account had been discontinued for “verification.” I spent more than half an hour on hold waiting to get a real person to talk to me without any luck and decided I was done with Verizon.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>I would be very grateful for advice (pro and con) about other carriers who have good coverage, good customer service, and reasonable rates. </div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>What I am looking for is an unlimited talk and text plan for one iPhoneSE and an Apple Watch. I want to keep the phone number I have now and I don’t need a second line. I am a senior citizen and I see that Consumer Cellular and T-Mobile have “55+” plans but it doesn’t look as though they are unlimited talk and text. </div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Some of the carriers offer a new phone as a perk on a new account. Is that a good deal or does it not work out to be as beneficial as they say it will be?</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>I don’t need wifi (I am sharing an account with my tenant and it works very well). </div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>And, because we don’t always know what questions to ask until it’s too late, what else should I be thinking about?</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Thanks so much everyone!
