<p><font face="Calibri">As I understand it, a Chromecast device can
be connected to a TV via HDMI and your wifi. You set it up on
the TV, and your phone, and whenever you watch something in
YouTube or through the Chrome browser on your phone, you can
"throw" it to the Chromecast device, essentially telling the
device to stream the video using the URL you threw it. It takes
over the streaming. Works best if you also have the Chromecast
device plugged in via hardwire, so as to not soak your wifi
bandwidth.</font></p>
<p><font face="Calibri">I don't think Bluetooth has the bandwidth to
stream video, though i could be wrong.</font></p>

auxiliary TV for streaming online news, Netflix, etc. No need
to access a paid service, we just want to stream what I can
already access on my smartphone. I've been unable to find a
monitor (27" or smaller) that can be connected wirelessly,
something that would let me just use Chromecast and my
cellphone. Any suggestions?<o:p></o:p></p>

and other sources. Everything either seems to need an HDMI
connection or is a smart TV that requires a subscription to
some platform. I suppose speakers will be a separate cost, but
