Hey Donna!

What you probably want is sport earbuds, which connect to your
phone via bluetooth for both hearing and talking and are designed
to stay on when you're exercising. You can see a bunch here on
Amazon, or use Amazon to check for what's available and how they
are reviewed and look for them online other places of course. Most
wrap around your ears, and there are ones that have a strap that
goes behind your neck (so you don't lose one) or that are separate
for each ear which are, of course, more expensive. I don't have
the sport earbuds but I've had good experiences with the Boltune
and SoundPeats earbuds.

I am teaching on zoom. When I do one on one work I can
just wear my apple ear buds (I have a MacBook Pro) but
when I teach classes I need to move around and then the
sound is not good! Part of the issue is that the room has
high ceilings but I am wondering if some kind of blue
tooth or wireless headset would work. It is extremely
confusing to me to research this. Do you have an
recommendations? I just want people on the zoom conference
to hear me clearly!
