          We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Design
          Manager to work in our Visual Communications department,
          guiding an extremely talented team of designers who are known
          for exceptional creativity. The ideal candidate will bring a
          mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the
          position. The senior manager is an experienced manager of
          people, who can inspire and be inspired by others. The ideal
          candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for
          delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. The
          senior manager is responsible for the visual quality,
          consistency and effectiveness of all branded materials,
          including all internal and external communications,
          collateral, and presentation materials across all forms of
          media in alignment with Company Goals and Core Values. This
          person will also be responsible for the strategy and direction
          of company-branded initiatives. <br>
          <br>
          <strong><u>Roles/Responsibility:</u></strong></span></span>
      <ul>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Design development of
              company-wide digital & printed visuals/graphics such
              as brand materials, creative campaigns, marketing
              materials, internal/external communications, brochures,
              product packaging, e-blasts, digital ads, executive
              presentations, etc. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Creative lead on projects of
              significant scale and complexity. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Leads phases of creative
              development including conceptual development and
              establishment of visual aesthetics. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Develops strategies for both
              short-term and long-term creative initiatives. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Oversee the creative team by
              assigning, scheduling, supporting and mentoring staff. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist with creative team
              standards for production, productivity, quality, <br>
              and client service </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Build, lead, and review work of
              the creative team in the production of all print, and
              digital marketing collateral </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Spearhead and manage content
              strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects,
              harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling
              content, and technology. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure team and other departments
              adheres to our current Visual Communications processes,
              identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and
              proposing and creating processes and tools to support
              design operations. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with the Visual
              Communications Team and other business areas to develop
              high-quality work on time and within budget. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Promote innovation and creativity
              throughout design while balancing the business needs. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop presentation approaches,
              styles, and techniques for the team to implement. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Lead brainstorm meetings with the
              creative team. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Skilled in leading creative
              presentations. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Anticipates and resolves issues
              and obstacles. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Meets weekly with immediate team
              to evaluate work and discuss department and company
              issues. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Works with the entire creative
              team to continue to build a unified brand understanding
              and voice for the company. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist with delegating projects
              to in-house designers and oversee department project
              timelines.</span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Obtain team approval by
              presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations,
              encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to
              internal commentary and requests </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Conceptualize, guide, and explain
              creative goals and their relationship to design and
              strategy. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Conceptualize campaign vision,
              harnessing original graphics, copy, content brand/design
              and marketing materials. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop creative briefs based on
              ideas established in brainstorming sessions with
              direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the
              creative team.</span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Present or oversee presentation
              of final concepts and coordinate production and
              dissemination for cross-organizational use. </span></span></li>
      </ul>

              style="font-size:10.0pt">Skills and Qualifications</span></span></u></strong> 
      <ul>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in fine art,
              graphic design, or similar discipline. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">8+ years as a professional
              graphic designer with 5+ years of experience in management
              role. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency with design software,
              such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign,
              Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, etc. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Microsoft Office Suite
              (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Exceptional capability with
              branding, design, typography, layout, and prototyping. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Highly skilled with leading a
              team of creative talent. </span></span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span
              style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong creative vision with an
              understanding of business objectives. </span></span></li>
