<div dir="auto"><div dir="auto">I received a reply from Paul Hake last night; the salary range mentioned for an artist position was definitely not a bad range for an artist position, especially in the Valley.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div>Background:<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The video game industry is notorious for underpaying developers, so seeing a UI/UI position listed as an artist made me go "Hmm." I've seen Western Mass tech jobs that were well below going rate; this was not one of them.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Ron</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">P.S. I wonder if we'll ever return to the prerecession days where employers actually list the salary range in the want ad.
