          for a Capital One credit card, and as part of the process
          downloaded the Credit Wise app to my phone. There's a tab
          along the bottom called "Alerts" which displays a list of
          "Credit & Identity Alerts" for the email address
          associated with the account. I've attached a screen shot,

          breach is what wasn't. So, there were no social security
          numbers, no credit card numbers, no passwords. And,
          importantly, this was a leak not a hack: white hat researchers
          found the data was accessible rather than black hats looking
