wants to buy another domain name and have it point there, too. I asked

I could do this... here's how it's listed on Substack:

over again, or is there a way to transfer the information to a different 
website?

This is the other part: I don't know if I successfully completed the 
steps to use the substack info yet. It's said it's 'being configured' 
this entire time.
