I don't have a direct answer but perhaps some pieces to the puzzle that
might help you craft your own solution.

1) n8n as an agent workflow platform. There are many others, but this one
looks cool.
2) https://artificialanalysis.ai/ Data on model speed, accuracy, pricing,
and other metrics
3) Look into agentic AI workflows as a topic. There are tutorials on how to
build the parts.

n8n has the connectors to talk directly with an IMAP server in order to
access your messages. The agentic workflows can help you create the
workflow for exactly your needs.

I've been going down this rabbit hole myself lately but haven't had the
time to implement any of it. It's on my list for the spring! Hope this
helps, even if it's an indirect answer..
