[Hidden-tech] Natural Language to SQL (NL2SQL)

The company that I work for is looking to add a natural language front 
end to our database for use by our customers in querying their data.  I 
have been trying to use Google to identify potential products which 
enable conversion of natural language to SQL.  Most of what I'm finding 
are either research papers or products which work only with databases 
hosted on specific platforms.  Given the claims in the research papers, 
it seems that there should be some good commercial products out there 
that I can't find.

If anyone has experience in this area, I'd be grateful for any 
suggestions as to how we might proceed.  Our company makes software for 
construction companies and has reasonable resources for configurating 
and/or training the tools as necessary.
