[Hidden-tech] need refurbished Ipad - recommendations pls

Looking to buy a used (but certified) iPad

Basics: Wifi only,  ~10 inch, used mainly for reading and web when out 
of house, traveling or meetings

I have one so old it won't update

from r&d looks like regular (not pro or air) - 9th or 10th gen

Anyone local who sells them (Yes Comp ??) or a reseller to trust.

This is an immediate need, so will buy within the week

Any ideas welcome - on list or direct
