My solution is a bit difference that what you are asking about
I use oneTab since very often I end up with a window of tabs relating to 
a project for later.

for example, I find articles I want to read
SO I name the window 2read (rename on right click top bar) - move 
articles to that one,
and then use oneTab to save 2read every few days if I've not gotten to 
read them.

For a project, easier - just oneTab that window - inside oneTab - rename 
the link block and lock it.
The only trick it to get to the oneTab link page:
         rt click on the oneTab task bar, move mouse down to oneTab with 
rt arrow, shows a 'Display OneTab' link to click

Other ideas interesting.
