[Hidden-tech] I changed my router and now my printer won't work

Neither will the network extender but that's less of an issue. I bought a
TP-Link Archer 1800 Saturday. I can't find any way to talk to the printer
either from the computer or TP-Link's Tether app. I made partial progress
with the very poor interface when I pressed the wrench and the wifi buttons
on the printer itself, which told me to remove the Ethernet cable to enable
wireless printing (it's been printing wirelessly since I got the printer.
But then it printed a page of instructions for web-based printing (which
would be OK, I think) with an ip address that I typed into a browser tab
and the page would not load.

The printer shows up as a password protected network on my phone but not on
any computers and I don't know the password anyway. The router extender
also shows, btw.

It's an HP Laser Jet Pro NFP M148fdw from about five years ago. HP's site
was not helpful.

Can someone help me through this?\
