Message-ID: Look at the printer settings on the printer itself. Usually in some kind of cryptic menu system. My guess is your old router was 196.268.1.1 and your new one might be 192.168.50.1 or something like that. When I upgraded my router I had the same problem as I had a bunch of static IPs with a different set of addresses. You need to use the display, look for settings or print options, print configuration / network configuration? Try and see if your computer has a 192.168.0.? IP address. Go to the command line, If windows - Start button, run, type in "cmd" without quotes When the black screen appears, type in Ipconfig /all (space after g) and hit enter That should show you the IP address and routers default gateway or gateway don Thanks!
