Rich -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: following up from FB re: blog Date: Wed, 10 Jul 2024 08:47:46 -0400 From: Robin Catalano To: Rich Roth Hi Rich, I'm the cofounder of theStephentown Art Guild (SAG), a nonprofit that promotes creativity in upstate NY. My SAG partner and I would like to turn our monthly e-newsletter into a local-interest lifestyle blog. We're looking for someone who can do a basic Wordpress setup on my Bluehost account (I already have two Wordpress websites of my own). We're even open to cloning the template of my personal blog (oncemoretotheshore.com ), and I can customize the colors, fonts, etc. We'd prefer not to do a free Wordpress.com blog, because we won't have any say on the types of ads they run on it. It's highly unlikely this will be a moneymaking?venture, but we don't want to promote businesses whose policies don't align with our own. We're a nonprofit of two at the moment, so cost is a consideration. Any leads you might have are welcome. I'll be back Tuesday. One remark now though: good books could be written on many each of several sub-topics about the viability of LLM models, and ultimately a venture like I imagine would consist of those whose R&D moves them towards the idea. Most efficient vote by the rest is walking away. That said, I seek salient critiques. For example, that critique regarding financial constraints curtailing availability and function is indeed a paramount concern some say is already starting. Best Regards, Rob Laporte CEO? |? Because of over-enrollment at UMass, Amherst has been hit badly. If you know anyone who needs a rental or a place to buy please reach me. The same thing if they are homeless. I am connected with a number of affordable housing organizations and landlords I consider reputable. And if you need advice on how to best screen a landlord or tenant (s) reach me. I have been writing on this subject for my Landlord Tenant Tool Kit. Thanks to those of you who offered to help me format it for printing. By the way, I love meeting you in person. There are lots of places to have a snack that offer outdoor dining. You can reach me at 413-362-4392, through this list or can email me at valleywood2012 at gmail.com.
