A client of mine in California has a WordPress site, built by someone else, that has a plethora of problems on its back end.

Plugins, themes, and even the WordPress version itself cannot be updated from the dash without causing errors, and cannot be updated via the host because the site is installed in a subdirectory -- and I’m reluctant to try to move it because it's beyond my skillset at this point and I'd hate to crash the whole thing. I can't even create a backup or staging site without errors.

It's a small private website for a psychotherapist. Is anyone available and interested in helping her? If so, please let me know and I can send her a list of people/contacts.
