[Hidden-tech] Website Domain Question

Hello Hidden Tech Listserv Members,

I may be interested in launching a website and the domain name is
available. Would you please advise on the best site to access for
purchasing the domain name? Or, perhaps it isn't necessary to purchase the
name and it can be launched without purchasing. As you can see, I only know
a tad about domain name purchasing. I would appreciate recommendations
and/or pointing me to a good article on this topic.
