[Hidden-tech] Tech support for aging?

I have an older friend in Florence who needs help navigating
Comcast/Xfinity (internet and cable), iPad, old Mac. Pretty simple stuff.
It's probably as much about patience and interpersonal skills, as it's
about user-level tech. Are anybody aware of services from Council of Aging,
or other organizations or individuals out there?
