[Hidden-tech] Internet connection monitoring

Dear HT,

My cell phone frequently drops calls when I am at home and I suspect that
it could be due to Internet outages lasting just a few seconds. I tried
restarting my router but want to troubleshoot further. Is there an app or
device that can detect and keep track of Internet outages?
