Just an update on this -

I did get a response today from customer support, with instructions on how
to redeem.

How To Use:
1. Visit the redemption center link:
https://microsoftoffice.offerredemption.com
2. Once in the redemption center, enter your offer code and click continue.
3. Enter your email address and click “Redeem”.
4. Once you click “Redeem”, you will be sent an email from
support at launchingdeals.com with instructions to download your package
within the next business day.

Our Microsoft Office deals are in partnership with *Major Rocket**. *
*If you have already followed the above steps and have not received your
instructions to download your package, please reach out to:
**support at launchingdeals.com
<support at launchingdeals.com>*
Please also contact them directly for help with downloading the software or
for any questions regarding the Product Key!

I did then get a functional product key after submitting my voucher code
and email. Of course, their office download link for microsoft wasn't
working, but the product key worked on my expired installation.

So it does work, but I expect I'm now on some sales lists, as it seems
Major Rocket is all about customer acquisition. https://majorrocket.com/
