[Hidden-tech] Problems with email not showing up in GMail

Sending the below on behalf of my wife, D. Dina Friedman. She has a new
book out and the particular emails she has not received are the ones that
allow her to update her Amazon author page. And yes, she checked that they
weren't going into Spam or Promotions.

I should perhaps mention that I have a similar problem: GMail has been
unable to fetch mail to my almost-never-used
shorowitz at goingbeyondsustainability.com address for 2+ years. When it WAS
working, it received only a message every several months so I haven't
bothered to fix it. Here's Dina:

Help Needed: I can’t reliably get email delivered to my web domain address
(connected to my gmail account). When I go into gmail, it says it’s
fetching the mails and states that a mail has been fetched but they don’t
show up in the inbox, or any other folder. This isn’t happening 100% of the
time. Yesterday, my husband was able to send me a message to that domain.
But I’m trying to get some important confirmation emails that this address
belongs to me, and none of them are being received, nor am I able to send
test messages from one address to another. I also was not able to log onto
mail2web to bring them in that way. I was told my login was denied. What
should I do? My emails: leftymopsy at gmail.com (working fine). And
dina at ddinafriedman.com, barely working. Any advice is welcome.
