[Hidden-tech] Facebook suspended my accounts

Hello ~
I recently "boosted" a post on my Facebook business page, and it has created a nightmare. Seems I was "hacked," my credit card was charged 3 times (card now canceled) and Facebook said I did nefarious things against its policies, and suspended the business page, my personal page, and my Instagram accounts. 
 
I tried to appeal at Facebook, and was denied. I cannot log in to Facebook. A site to download my account info did work, so I have downloaded all Facebook info. 
 
I tried to open a new account. Facebook would not let me.
 
Does anyone know what I need to do and how to proceed? There is too much stuff online about this and I do not know what/who to trust.
