Hi Stacy,

Preview can almost do all the things on your list (and it’s free), but can be clunky.

I’ve used PDF Expert for years and have been very happy with it. Plus I could edit docs in the cloud from Mac, iPad and even iPhone (separate purchases, but worth it for me).

Give the free demo version a try and see if you like it.
