[Hidden-tech] Ideas on selling domains

The only time I ever sold a domain, it was a private sale when someone
approached me for a business venture, which ended up never getting off
the ground.

When I've been interested in buying domains, I've found that the brokers
ask unreasonably high prices (as substantiated by the fact that the
domains still haven't sold after many years) and keep bugging you by
e-mail, but no worse than most companies these days.

Hi Rich,

Congrats on the currency.com sale!

Just throwing in my experience helping clients sell domains that had
active websites a few times over 25+ years. There are objective and, if
there's much traffic, compelling valuation spreadsheets related to one
of my firm's core competencies in ROI predicting and tracking. But I'm
guessing most if not all of your domains have no active or dormant
websites on them.

I'll stay tuned to this thread because my firm owns GetItDoneExpress.org
and .com (GIDE), for what they are worth.

Best Regards,
