[Hidden-tech] where to look for creative freelancer gig postings

In addition to general networking and skill-posting sites for freelancers,
don't neglect communities of interest within the genre they are trying to
serve. When people participate actively and use an e-mail sig that
highlights their strengths without being pushy, many conversations open up.

It also helps to really go after a niche rather than just everyone with a
need. For exaple, in my copywriting and marketing consulting, I focus on
two areas: 1) businesses with a commitment to social change and
environmental healing, and 2) people i the book world.
